Investigation into Viscoelastic Properties of Fiber-Reinforced Asphalt Composite Concrete Based on the Burgers Model

Asphalt composite concrete pavement is one of the common forms in China. However, due to influence design, materials, construction quality, and other aspects, asphalt develops various degrees cracks after being put into use, which affects service performance life pavement. The Burgers model used examine effects fiber-volume-fraction length–diameter-ratio on viscoelastic mechanical behavior parameters properties through bend test for creep polyester fiber beam. findings indicate that fiber’s ability control bending deformation increases initially subsequently diminishes as increase. Fiber-volume-fraction can be fully reflected by amount characteristics. A fiber-reinforced developed this foundation while taking account characteristic factors. Theoretical study practical research ideal volume ratio 0.35 percent, length-to-diameter 324, parameter 1.13. results provide a certain reference value improvement long-term durability road engineering.
